Anti-TTC39A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tetratricopeptide repeat domain 39A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 613 amino acid residues and a mass of 69.8 kDa. Up to 6 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the TTC39 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include DEME-6, tetratricopeptide repeat protein 39A, TPR repeat protein 39A, differentially expressed in MCF-7 with estradiol protein 6, and C1orf34. TTC39A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for the Ttc39a antibodies listed below. In addition, Western Blot is also a common application.
