Anti-reprimo like antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the RPRML gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 120 amino acid residues and a mass of 12.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is a member of the Reprimo protein family. Other names for this target antigen include reprimo-like protein. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some reprimo like antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
