Anti-MAGEB1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein MAGE family member B1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 347 amino acid residues and a mass of 39 kDa. It is found to be preferentially expressed in testis. Among its functions, MAGEB1 is involved with the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include DAM10, MAGE-Xp, MAGEL1, melanoma-associated antigen B1, DSS/AHC critical interval MAGE superfamily 10, and CT3.1.
