Anti-Tnni2 Antibody Products

Anti-TNNI2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein troponin I2, fast skeletal type. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 182 amino acid residues and a mass of 21.3 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the skeletal muscle. A member of the Troponin I protein family, TNNI2 is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription. The TNNI2 marker can be used to identify Myo-Medullary Thymic Epithelial Cells.* Synonyms for this target antigen include DA2B, DA2B1, FSSV, fsTnI, troponin I, fast skeletal muscle, and AMCD2B. TNNI2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species.
