Anti-TTLL10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tubulin tyrosine ligase like 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 673 amino acid residues and a mass of 75 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include tubulin tyrosine ligase-like family, member 10, tubulin tyrosine ligase-like family, member 5, tubulin--tyrosine ligase-like protein 10, and inactive polyglycylase TTLL10. TTLL10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some TTLL10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
