Anti-SLC35A4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein solute carrier family 35 member A4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 324 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the Golgi. A member of the Nucleotide-sugar transporter protein family, SLC35A4 is known to mediate the transport of CDP-ribitol. Synonyms for this target antigen include solute carrier family 35 (UDP-galactose transporter), member A4, tumor rejection antigen, and probable UDP-sugar transporter protein SLC35A4. SLC35A4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These SLC35A4 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
