Anti-OR10C1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 10 subfamily C member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 312 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 10C2, olfactory receptor OR6-31, olfactory receptor, family 10, subfamily C, member 2, seven transmembrane helix receptor, and olfactory receptor 10C1. OR10C1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR10C1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
