Anti-CUGBP1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CUGBP1 is a known alias name of the protein CUGBP Elav-like family member 1, encoded by the CELF1 gene in humans. This 486-amino acid residue protein is known to be an RNA-binding protein implicated in the regulation of several post-transcriptional events. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for CUGBP1 include BRUNOL2, CUG-BP, and CUGBP. Indicated applications for CUGBP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
