Anti-AP180 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target AP180 is a known alias name of the protein synaptosome associated protein 91, encoded by the SNAP91 gene in humans. This 907-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in protein transport, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features phosphorylated and glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the hippocampus, colon, cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and caudate. A number of AP180 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
