Anti-Adc antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Adc is a known alias name of the protein antizyme inhibitor 2, encoded by the AZIN2 gene in humans. This 460-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in spermatogenesis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus, cytoplasmic vesicles, ER, Golgi, and cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the neocortex, thalamus, hippocampus, cerebellum, medulla oblongata, gray and white matter. Indicated applications for Adc antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
