Anti-DRAM antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DRAM antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DRAM1 gene, which encodes DNA damage regulated autophagy modulator 1. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and autophagy pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of DRAM has a canonical amino acid length of 238 residues and a protein mass of 26.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the lysosomes of cells. DRAM is a member of the DRAM/TMEM150 protein family. Indicated applications for DRAM antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
