Anti-HEATR4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein HEAT repeat containing 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1026 amino acid residues and a mass of 117.2 kDa. It is notably expressed in the kidney and testis. Synonyms for this target antigen include HEAT repeat-containing protein 4. HEATR4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the HEATR4 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
