Anti-ATXN7L1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ataxin 7 like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 861 amino acid residues and a mass of 91.5 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include ataxin 7-like 4, ataxin-7-like protein 4, and ataxin-7-like protein 1. ATXN7L1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ATXN7L1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
