Anti-Retinoid isomerohydrolase RPE65 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene RPE65 in humans. The gene may also be known as RPE65, retinoid isomerohydrolase, retinal pigment epithelium-specific protein 65kDa, LCA2, and BCO3. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 60.9 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
