Anti-C1orf27 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target C1orf27 is a known alias name of the protein odr-4 GPCR localization factor homolog, encoded by the ODR4 gene in humans. This 454-amino acid residue protein is believed to play a role in the trafficking of a subset of G-protein coupled receptors. It is localized to the membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types.
