Anti-ANAPC10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein anaphase promoting complex subunit 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 185 amino acid residues and a mass of 21.3 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the APC10 protein family, anapc10 is a known component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle. Synonyms for this target antigen include APC10 and DOC1. ANAPC10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some anapc10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
