Anti-ZNF514 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 514. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 400 amino acid residues and a mass of 45.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF514 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF514 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These ZNF514 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
