Anti-Annexin A11 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ANXA11 in humans. The Annexin A11 protein has an expected mass of 54.4 kDa, but there are 2 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as ALS23, ANX11, CAP-50, CAP50, 56 kDa autoantigen, and annexin XI. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
