Anti-C7orf25 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein chromosome 7 open reading frame 25. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 421 amino acid residues and a mass of 46.5 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the UPF0415 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include UPF0415 protein C7orf25. C7orf25 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for C7orf25 antibodies.
