Anti-IREG1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the IREG1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SLC40A1 gene, which encodes solute carrier family 40 member 1. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and cellular localization, among other biological roles. The human version of IREG1 has a canonical amino acid length of 571 residues and a protein mass of 62.5 kilodaltons.
