Anti-NR3A antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NR3A is a known alias name of the protein glutamate ionotropic receptor NMDA type subunit 3A, encoded by the GRIN3A gene in humans. This 1115-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the transport of ions and dendrite development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features N-glycosylated post-translational modifications.
