Anti-ANGEL1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein angel homolog 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 670 amino acid residues and a mass of 75.3 kDa. It is a member of the CCR4/nocturin protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include KIAA0759, protein angel homolog 1, and Ccr4e. ANGEL1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the ANGEL1 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
