Anti-CDMPR antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CDMPR is a known alias name of the protein mannose-6-phosphate receptor, cation dependent, encoded by the M6PR gene in humans. This protein has a canonical amino acid length of 277 residues and a mass of 31 kDa. It is localized to the lysosomes of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for CDMPR include CD-M6PR and MPR 46. Indicated applications for CDMPR antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
