Anti-cE10 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target cE10 is a known alias name of the protein BCL10 immune signaling adaptor, encoded by the BCL10 gene in humans. This 233-amino acid residue protein is known to play an important role in both adaptive and innate immune signaling by bridging CARD domain-containing proteins to immune activation. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated, cleaved and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for cE10 include CARMEN, CIPER, and CLAP. Western Blot is the most common application for the cE10 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
