Anti-rudhira antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target rudhira is a known alias name of the protein BCAS3 microtubule associated cell migration factor, encoded by the BCAS3 gene in humans. This 928-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in angiogenesis. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types.
