Anti-exostosin-like glycosyltransferase 3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target exostosin-like glycosyltransferase 3 is a known alias name of the protein exostosin like glycosyltransferase 3, encoded by the EXTL3 gene in humans. This 919-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in protein glycosylation, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus, ER, Golgi, and cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types.
