Anti-BVVLS2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The BVVLS2 antigen is another term for the human protein solute carrier family 52 member 2, encoded by the SLC52A2 gene. The protein is known to function in metabolic processes, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 445 residues and a mass of 45.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is reported to be highly expressed in the brain, fetal brain and salivary gland. The BVVLS2 protein is a member of the Riboflavin transporter protein family.
