Anti-PLC-zeta-1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PLC-zeta-1 antigen is another term for the human protein phospholipase C zeta 1, encoded by the PLCZ1 gene. The protein is known to function in the transport of ions and intracellular signal transduction, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 608 residues and a mass of 70.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is notably expressed in the testis and sperm. Indicated applications for PLC-zeta-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
