Anti-Huh-17 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Huh-17 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GBX1 gene, which encodes gastrulation brain homeobox 1. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription and spinal cord motor neuron differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of Huh-17 has a canonical amino acid length of 363 residues and a protein mass of 37.6 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and notably expressed in the testis. This target antigen may also be known as Huh-17. Indicated applications for Huh-17 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
