Anti-NDE antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NDE antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NDE1 gene, which encodes nudE neurodevelopment protein 1. This protein is known to function in cell division and cell migration, among other biological roles. The human version of NDE has a canonical amino acid length of 335 residues and a protein mass of 37.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the kidney, hippocampus, duodenum, cerebral cortex, and caudate. Other names for this target antigen include HOM-TES-87, LIS4, and MHAC. Indicated applications for NDE antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
