They were used to validate a DNA extraction workflow from various FFPE tissue types. DNA was extracted from 10 um scrolls cut from 10 different FFPE tissues.

Results were nice, low CV, simple and quicker than qubit if you are running at least 16 samples. Pairs well with the ribogreen for RNA, same 96 well plate.
