WGA conjugate was recently used for my studies on human osteosarcoma cells in 3D culture. The research aims to validate lipidic nanoparticles as a drug delivery system in osteosarcoma, evaluating aspects such as cytotoxicity, efficacy, and uptake.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Application

WGA conjugate was used to stain human PDX osteosarcoma cells' spheroids for confocal imaging

Starting Material

Human osteosarcoma cells

Tips

For the staining we diluted WGA in HBSS and incubate for 10 mins at 37 degrees

Results Summary

WGA allowed us to acquire good quality images of the spheroids with a good signal intensity and low background.
