This antibody has been used to optimize flow cytometry-based immunophenotyping of PBMC samples. The results have not yet been published. Multi-colour antibody panels were designed to identify several lymphocyte populations and tested to ensure appropriate spectral unmixing was possible in a 20+ color panel. This antibody was used to help identify subpopulations of T helper cells.

Results Summary

Clear distinction between positive and negative populations. This antibody helped identify subpopulations of T helper cells in a large multi-colour staining panel for spectral cytometry. Staining was clear even after significant titration from manufacturers suggested volume.
