Company:

Abcam

Product Name:

Anti-Apolipoprotein A I antibody [EP1368Y]

Catalog Number:

ab52945

Clone Number:

N/A

Growth-synchronized human smooth muscle cells were subjected to treatment with growth factor treatment. The cells were further tested to measure the effect of growth factor on Apolipoprotein A I levels by immunoblotting techniques. After resolving proteins from each treatment, the protein-transferred nitrocellulose membrane was probed with Apolipoprotein A I antibody. Abcam antibody was selected because of the information indicated in the company flyer.
