The study aimed to test the effect of a specific treatment on growth factor-induced Talin 2 expressions in human cells. Protein extracts from control or cells treated with or without growth factor were resolved in 7%SDS-PAGE, immunoblotted, and probed with Talin 2 antibody. The antibody was selected because the antibody flyer shows a nice, clean, and bright band of Talin 2.
