CNPase is great marker for myelin staining. I've tried different brand cnpase before non of them is good like this one. It is working on such a 1/1000 great dilution. I dropped one star because it stains erythrocytes nonspecifically.

ABC-peroxidase method
it is very useful for staining myelin. It is very effective in the differential diagnosis of some tumors. Standard sitrat pH 6.0 AR method is enough for get good result. No need additional techniques.
