Our lab works in the field of cancer, and we treated mice with immunotherapy. We wanted to assess how the immunotherapy in tumor-bearing mice would affect B cells in the spleen, so we used the antibody to identify CD138+ B cells.

We stained mouse spleen cells with the anti-CD138 antibody and found that it identifies CD138+ B cells very well. The antibody was easy to use and the staining was very clear.
