We used this M-CSF protein for mice bone marrow-derived macrophage cell (BMDM) stimulation. This protein works great.

For BMDM formation, BMDMs were inducted using 10 ng mL−1of M-CSF
We were able to harvest BMDMs after 7 days incubation with 10 ng/mL of CSF. Following this BMDM formation, we are about to stimulate to M1 and M2 macrophages.

Little expensive.
Expensive but great, would buy again.
