Great antibody for detecting levels of phosphorylated Akt at S473 in MCF10a cells. Did a titration of EGF stimulation in MCF10a cells and found the level of pS473 increased in a positive correlation to the concentration of EGF used.
Very clear signal.
Quite expensive.
Would definitely buy again - gives a very high signal.
