14-3-3 zeta/delta plays a crucial role in signal transduction, checkpoint control, apoptotic and nutrient-sensing pathways. It is ubiquitously expressed and highly conserved protein. Till now, several isoforms have been identified in mammals, such as ß, e, s, and t. Reports suggested that 14-3-3 zeta/delta isoforms are involved in the regulation of cancer and neurological syndromes. Here we checked the time course effect of 14-3-3 zeta/delta protein expression by chemoattractant.
