I was interested in evaluating RAS pathway, especially ERK on A549. I stimulated the cells IGF-1 for 24 hours and lysed my cells with 100ul of lysis buffer. I diluted the primary antibody up to 1:1000 with 5% BSA in TSBT, and I got good results.
