Primary Incubation

1:100 overnight at room temperature

Blocking Agent

1% BSA, 1% FCS, 0.3% Triton X, 2% goat serum, 2% rat serum

Secondary Incubation

1:500 goat anti-mouse alexa fluor 647 1h at room temperature

Images were acquired using an inverted Zeiss LSM780 confocal microscope with an 20x 0.8NA air objective.

Results Summary

Great staining of pancreatic islets, with little background. Yet, since this is a mouse antibody, it could give high background in some cases/conditions.
