To study the change in the frequency of dendritic cells in the diseased and healthy control human subjects PBMCs, I have stained PBMCs with this CD11c-PE antibody along with other surface markers like CD3, CD19, CD4, CD8 and acquired the samples with the flow cytometer. 21.9% PE positive CD11c cells were recorded.
