The aim of the experiment was to measure the study state levels of DGAT2 in the control and growth factor treated mouse cell line. The immunoblot was-probed with a DGAT2 antibody procured from Thermo Fisher Scientific. The antibody was selected because of the picture provided in the antibody flyer.

Enhanced chemiluminescent detection in X-Ray film
Bad or no detection of DGAT2 was observed with this antibody. There were a lot of nonspecific bands. So, it can be graded as a bad antibody for the detection of DGAT2 in mouse cells.
