The aim of the study was to test the effect of a specific treatment on growth factor-induced DGAT1 expression in human cells. Protein extracts from control or cells treated with or without growth factor were resolved in 10%SDS-PAGE, immunoblotted, and probed with DGAT1 antibody. The antibody was selected because the antibody flyer has shown a nice, clean, and bright band of DGAT1.
