To confirm the specificity of PSCA antibody in 293, flow cytomery was used to detect the binding of PSCA and its antibody in PSCA stable cells compared to the parent cell control (blank) and secondary antibody control. The results showed that PSCA antibody (sc-80654) was a good PSCA antibody.
