The aim was to identify germ cell in mouse testis. The antibody works well. Using Alexa Fluor 488 makes VASA detection. Useful for many types of imaging to mark the cell count and have a clean border for cytoplasm. GFP microscopy was performed using an Olympus IX81 motorized inverted microscope with 60×/1.45 oilimmersion objective. GFP was excited by 488-nm lasers, via cell^GFP Control 1.3 software. Cell images were collected every 5 s using an ORCA-Flash4.0 camera and MetaMorph software.
