We have been using this instrument for isolating a single type of cells, such as macrophages and T-cells, from liver tissue. As a part of the study. we used c-type tubes from gentleMACS. Around 300 mg of liver tissue in 5 ml PBS is used to isolate kuffer cells from the liver tissue. We have used the preset protocol in macs tissue dissociater for processing the tissue.
