Results Summary

Treatment of human breast cancer cell lines with chemotherapy was performed for 48 hours prior to lysis with RIPA buffer supplemented with protease/phosphatase inhibitors. Performed incubation overnight at 4 degrees. Secondary antibody at room temperature for 1 hour and developed film.
