The antibody was extremely unclear and no specific bands were shown. I did everything the protocol recommended and it still did not show anything.
It was straightforward to use with the protocol.
Expensive and did not show clear bands in western blot
Not sure if this is the best antibody for CPT1a but we bought it to try and it was not clean.
